Since 2000 Ho S(Seung) Lee has been running the DeltaTech-Korea Ltd. (DTK), an open innovation agency, providing research institutes and enterprises, with consultancy service of technology transfer(TT), R&D funding, business modeling and internationalization. He is doing more than 30 R&D consulting works for Korean government, which is eager to improve TT outcome through licensing, start-up creation and international R&D such as EUREKA, EUROSTAR and bilateral joint R&D programs. Currently he is interested to gear up the start-up’s internationalization through soft landing services (http://lab/dtk3.com).
He actively contributes articles on the TT, commercialization, internationalization as well as R&I issues in a few of magazines. As a guest speaker he also gives lectures on those areas in universities, big enterprises, research institutes and R&D funding agencies. Since 2009 has facilitated EU-Korea technology cooperation through Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), and expanded TT network with ASTP-Proton. He studied MBA (European Business Study) from University of Ulster (N. Ireland), and CA – quality control from IIST Japan, after finished BA from University of Dankook Korea.
