As a kid Laurent Aigon had a dream, to become a pilot. Today the flight centre he developed piece by piece in his kids’ room has become a promising start-up incubated in Bordeaux Technowest.
The Aquitaine Flight Center project developed by Laurent Aigon is now widely known after Google promoted it in its « Google True Stories campaign » during last winter.
The goal of this project is to provide companies and individuals a flight simulator which is the exact scale-1 replica of a Boeing 737 airliner. The key strength of this simulator is that it is dynamic. The multi- axis cabin allows an acceleration speed of 1.3 G. This powerful immersive training experience will be used (for leisure or as a work tool) for familiarization with the cockpit, tests and procedures, stress management in planes, seminars and team buildings, business entertainments and business gifts, other applications for the cinema and media.
Today 18 start-ups are incubated in Bordeaux Technowest, all with high added value and dedicated to Aeronautics - Space - Defense.
