EBN in partnership with ANCES (the Spanish EU|BICs association), and ImpactHUB Network have been approached by the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI), one of the leading Business Schools of Spain, to provide a list of European mentors to provide soft-landing and mentoring support to a selection of 50 Spanish entrepreneurs.
The main objective of the Programme supported by the European Social Fund is to create a EUROPEAN NETWORK OF MENTORS that will tutor entrepreneurs in order to reinforce the international business strategy of their newly created firm and make their business grow/accelerate globally.
10 EU|BICs in total have been selected by the Foundation EOI (Escuela de Organización Industrial) to mentor around 30 Spanish entrepreneurs who will participate in this coaching/mentoring programme :
- WestBIC , Ireland
- North East BIC , United Kingdom
- Instituto Pedro Nunes , Portugal
- Savoie Technolac, France
- Innotek , Belgium
- CEEI Héraclès , Belgium
- Business Development Friesland , Netherlands
- Stichting , Netherlands
- Città della Scienza , Italy
- La Maison de l'Entreprise , Belgium
These entrepreneurs have already received a collective training (30 hours) from EOI on internationalisation and a personalised online mentoring (10 hours) from their European mentor. The individual in-situ mentoring (In-Country Business Exploration) will start in November and should last four weeks to be finalised with another bunch of 10 hours online mentoring after their time abroad. After this last step, the entrepreneur will have to deliver a final business plan to be validated both by the leading mentor of the EU|BIC or Impact Hub and by the EOI European Coworkings team.
