ANCES signs cooperation agreement with Higher Council for Research

The Higher Council for Scientific Research and ANCES , the Spanish national Association of EU|BICs join their efforts to increase cooperation and boost technology companies.
The Vice president of the organisation and institutional relations of the Spanish Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC), José Ramón Urquijo, and the President of ANCES , Álvaro Simón de Blas , signed a cooperation agreement to carry out activities relating to entrepreneurship and the creation of technology-based companies.

Through the Exchange of experiences, both entities will collaborate to enhance the promotion of technology transfer, offering access to the researchers of the CSIC to training programmes and various activities and services that ANCES offer to entrepreneurs.  On the other side, the CSIC will provide scientific and technical assessment to the technology requests from the companies coming from the EU|BICs which are part of ANCES CSIC will also offer technical assessments to encourage the transfer of scientific results to the business sector.

Furthermore, ANCES will offer tutoring in the design of business plans and the start-up of companies promoted by the CSIC researchers, evaluation for the business aspects through a personalized follow up during the first stages. Incubation, acceleration, softlanding, training and networking as well as internationalisation services that ANCES offers will be also offered within this framework.
