The overall objective of SEABSEAM-M is to increase trade and investment flows between the European Union (EU) and Malaysia, and ASEAN with special attention to SMEs in EU. It will achieve this objective by strengthening the EU Business sector in facilitating the market access of EU SMEs to Malaysian and ASEAN markets and by promoting Malaysia as a preferred trade and investment market and gateway to ASEAN.
