Mrs Charikleia Koutalou, PhD. Postgraduate specialization in Information Systems (Msc) from the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the Greek Open University (H.O.U.). She has a Diploma of Mathematician Department from School of Positive Sciences Aristotle’s University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), direction in Applied Mathematics. She has gained a Certificate Management Information Technology Project (VELLUM).

 She has an IT experience over 20 years. Since 2010 she has established MATRIX – Information Technologies (legal name KOUTALOU CH. & Co). Her role is an entrepreneur and project manager. From 1992 until 2010 she has designed and developed or has a role in implementation, design and management of many IT projects. She worked as a programmer, analyst and researcher in pilot telematics project "Thermi" from 1998 until 2000. Thermi project has implemented the ‘SmartHome’.

Mrs Koutalou Charikleia was born in Tirnavos, Greece. She was working to farms (her father is a farmer) from an early age until she was finished her studies at the University.
