Charline Legrand, has a five-year professional experience in social innovation and social entrepreneurship. She joined INCO in early 2015 as Deputy Head of INCO Network, a global network of social and green startups (500+ entrepreneurs; 22 countries). INCO is a French-based nonprofit organization that promotes a more sustainable and inclusive economy.
INCO runs several programs dedicated to underserved and underrepresented people in the entrepreneurship scene such as female founders, young and unemployed people. Charline took actively part in the implementation of bootcamps, incubation programs and other related support programs dedicated to supporting young and unemployed people to reveal their full potential as entrepreneurs (e.g. Start Us Up, Increase, Social Up Youth, etc.).
Prior to this, Charline worked for large corporations, non-profits, and a consulting agency on inclusive business, CSR, and diversity-related issues.
Charline graduated in International Project Management from a leading French Business School and holds a Masters degree in International Law.
