Ms. Mei-Hsueh Lin is currently the Deputy Director General of Small and Medium Enterprise Administration (SMEA) of Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), an active customer-oriented government agency providing a wide range of professional services to micro, small and medium enterprises to enhance upgrading and sustainable development in Taiwan.

In her role as Deputy Director General of SMEA, Ms. Lin is responsible for SME policy planning, information technology, entrepreneurship promotion and incubation development as well as international cooperation, where she devoted her in-depth participation to supporting SME’s global development. She concurrently represents SMEA participating in international organizations and fora such as National Business Incubation Association, Asia Association of Business Incubation, APEC SME Ministerial Meeting, APEC Women Leaders’ Network as well as APEC Women and the Economy Forum. Her passion is to empower and inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and startups not only to survive but also to thrive. She is dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship, incubation and innovation, helping to consolidate SMEA’s key position as the powerful engine for SME development in Taiwan. In addition to her professional working experience, she got her Master degree of International Business Management in Portland State University in the U.S.
