Eirini holds an MSc in Human Resources Management and a BSc in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
At the early stages of her career, she gained experience as member of the HR Department team of a well-known multinational company, where she had the chance to support various HR processes, design and implement HR practices related to recruitment & employee selection, training & employee development plans.
Furthermore, during her undergraduate studies, she worked as customer support and retail banking officer of a large Greek bank, where she gained significant experience in customer relations, communications and the provision of customer services.
She joined Corallia early in 2014 and is since a core member of the gi-Cluster Management Team. The gi-Cluster is the “Gaming and Creative Technologies & Applications” cluster managed by Corallia, a fully functional innovation and business ecosystem. As the gi-Cluster Management Associate, Eirini’s duties are particularly focused on ensuring the contentment of all cluster stakeholders. At the same, she’s actively involved in the further expansion and growth of the cluster, the management of all administrative requirements and the operation of the co-location space hosting cluster members.
In her free time, she’s a volunteer and HR Team Member of Job-Pairs, an academic initiative supporting the bridging of graduates, unemployed young professional and people who desire to change their career path with experts (mentors) in the respective fields of interest.
