Joelle Atallah joined Berytech in September 2018 as a Business & Finance Advisor.

In her current role, she mentors and coaches startups in topics mainly related to their overall strategy, financial forecasting/modeling, and analysis, company valuation, and prepares them in their investment-readiness journey by helping them develop their investment memorandums, business plans, and pitch decks.

She also designs and delivers trainings in various topics related to business strategy and investment-readiness such as financial forecasting and analysis, pitchdeck preparation, business plan preparation, and valuation. 

Before joining Berytech Joelle was a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and a Finance Specialist at Eli Lilly. With more than a decade of experience in management and financial consulting in MENA, she worked on large strategy and implementation projects that aimed to help public and private organizations in finding solutions to their most challenging problems.

Passionate about entrepreneurship and startups, she currently enjoys working with startup founders to help them build a strong foundation for their businesses, optimize their growth, and drive their companies’ bottom line. Analytical at heart, she particularly enjoys brainstorming about strategic matters and leveraging tools and frameworks in order to organize ideas and drive things forward. 

Joelle holds a Masters in Economic Analysis from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics as well as a double-degree in Economics and Finance from the American University of Beirut.

She’s passionate about psychology & self-development and is an amateur musician and singer.
