Geraldine Andrieux Gustin is expert in Innovation Management with a focus on strategy, marketing and value creation.
After first experiences in well-being products clinical validation and product manager at Clarins US in the cosmetic industry, Geraldine joined Yole Développement in 2002 to manage innovation marketing studies. She has conducted many marketing and strategic analysis for large companies, startups and research organisations.
In 2008, she launched a new business unit of Yole Développement named Yole Finance with activities dedicated to support growth of innovative companies. She was especially working on business development, public and private fundraising for Yole’s customers.
In 2010 she initiated and coordinated the COWIN European Support and Coordination action dedicated to encourage commercial exploitation of FP6 and FP7 research projects in smart systems. COWIN success has been acknowledge by members of the European Parliament.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, Geraldine has set-up a new approach to optimize innovation from research to market with a focus on value creation. She co-founded BLUMORPHO in January 2015
