Jean-Luc Nahon is the Founder and President of Paledora Suisse SA, acquired in 2010 by the Espaces Antipolis. It deploys the Business Resort concept which has evolved since 2014 with the Campus project and became the principal investor School Project YES (Young Entrepreneur School).
He created ASSA (All Suites Sophia Antipolis) in Paris as SCCV (civil construction company sale), a subsidiary of Paledora to design and build the first residential hotel Residence Inn by Marriott in France; with an opening goal in 2017.
The Business and Innovation Centre 4000 m², direct ownership Paledora Switzerland offers ecosystem of entrepreneurship based on stimulation, education, training and the promotion of products and services from digital transformation and energy transition. Further provision of equipped spaces, Les Terrasses (Restaurant, Bar & Lounge coworking), the TechLab, Campus, and Sporting Club became the emblem of a Sophia Antipolis who dares and who remains a world reference.
