The YTILI Fellowship Program offers a chance for successful applicants, young European business or social entrepreneurs, to participate in a fully funded, six-week professional development program in the United States in Fall 2024.

About the YTILI Fellowship Program:

YTILI a two-way U.S. Department of State-funded exchange program designed to strengthen the transatlantic relationship, develop sustainable partnerships between U.S. and European entrepreneurs and innovators, promote regional integration and cooperation in Europe, and encourage European businesses, governments and civil society to develop their innovation ecosystems. Through intensive fellowships designed to broaden their professional expertise and further enhance their leadership capabilities, YTILI provides emerging European entrepreneurs leaders with the opportunity to gain first-hand experiences in, and exposure to, U.S. public and private sector offices working on a variety of issues related to entrepreneurship, innovation, and transatlantic connections. The U.S.-based exchange will also provide Fellows with opportunities to complement their professional fellowship through workshops, peer-to-peer learning, and networking activities. Following the U.S.-based program, American participants will travel to select European countries to assist YTILI Fellows to implement their business action plans and joint projects in their home communities.
