Budget preparation and project management: a coherent and effective approach
The EU|BIC community is set to receive a boost of knowledge with the third pill of knowledge, which will focus on budget preparation and project management tips and tricks. This initiative is geared towards empowering members of the community with the necessary tools to effectively manage their projects and budgets.
Experts from EU|BIC Tecnopolis and the EBN Secretariat will be leading this knowledge-sharing initiative, and they will be sharing concrete examples to guide members through the budget preparation process. The dos and don’ts of the project management world will also be discussed, giving members a comprehensive understanding of the best practices for managing their projects effectively.
