BIC Araba is a joint venture between the Basque Government through SPRI, the Vitoria-Gasteiz Town Hall and the Alava Regional Government. BIC Araba is accredited by the European Union’s DG XVI (Directorate General for Regional Policies and Cohesion) and a part of the European Business and Innovation Centres Network (EBN) as well as the CEEI (ANCES) network at the national level.
