Brain Nest Institute
Brain Nest Institute is an EU Funding Intelligence, Project Development and Strategic Growth Agency supporting businesses, startups, institutions and organisations to access funding, develop high-quality projects and partnerships, strengthen their capacities and achieve sustainable growth.
Based in Albania and operating with a strong Western Balkan and European orientation, Brain Nest Institute combines funding intelligence, project development and management, strategic advisory, capacity building and ecosystem connectivity within an integrated support model.
Our work starts with understanding the development needs and ambitions of each organisation. We identify relevant national, European and international funding and cooperation opportunities, assess organisational and funding readiness, develop projects and partnerships, and provide technical assistance throughout implementation. According to client needs, this support is complemented by capacity building, research and innovation, networking, organisational development and specialised expertise.
Through this approach, Brain Nest Institute acts as a bridge between organisations and opportunities, connecting local and regional potential with European funding programmes, partners, expertise, innovation ecosystems and markets.
