Buckinghamshire Business First (BBF) operates the Growth Hub for Buckinghamshire and provides businesses in the county with knowledge, support and opportunities to innovate and grow.
BBF’s Business Support and Skills teams offer support and information to help local employers succeed, hire suitable employees, and obtain funding to grow. BBF has various initiatives and programmes aimed at supporting business development and resilience, which contribute to local Gross Value-Added growth.
BBF amplifies the voice of the business community and currently has over 15,000 of the 31,000 businesses in the county, covering 74% of private sector employment, engaged with its activities.
BBF is a key part of the local ecosystem, and its Board and Ambassadors are committed to representing Buckinghamshire businesses at a strategic level on other boards to strengthen partnership working and provide the essential voice of business where required.
