BIC CRESCENDO is an association founded in 2001 on the initiative of associations, businesses and public bodies in the Hautes Pyrénées department. Its mission is to provide original, effective support for people with innovative projects.
Over the years, the BIC CRESCENDO has developed an entrepreneurial ecosystem that encourages the creation and development of innovative, sustainable businesses in the Tarbes Lourdes Pyrénées region.
The BIC CRESCENDO is first and foremost a brainstormer for the economic development of the region.
