DEL - Economic Development of the Agglomération de Longueuil

To support economic development within the Agglomération de Longueuil, DEL offers opportunities to local entrepreneurs and others wishing to locate their business on its territory. A wide range of services is available to simplify, facilitate and accelerate implementation of their business projects.
Thanks to its unique, turnkey service offer as well as its diversified skills sets, DEL can accompany company management by recommending the appropriate resources to meet all the challenges they are likely to face.

Background
Arising from needs expressed by the local political and economic milieus, DEL was created in 2002 to provide the Agglomération de Longueuil with sufficient economic clout to assist in self-development.
DEL is a not-for-profit organization offering services to all cities in the Agglomération de Longueuil, including Boucherville, Brossard, Longueuil (Old-Longueuil, Saint-Hubert and Greenfield Park), Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville and Saint-Lambert.

Mission
DEL’s mission is threefold:


Help make companies more aware, provide them with information and offer them support and assistance for improvement and development projects so they can become more competitive.
Collaborate with partners and contribute to the economic vitality of Longueuil by implementing anchor projects.
In the role of facilitator, participate in the development of real estate and tourism on the territory of the Agglomération de Longueuil.


Vision
Within the framework of its mandate, ensure that the Agglomération de Longueuil has the most dynamic economic growth within the Greater Montreal Region.
