Yalova Teknopark
Yalova Teknopark is a hardware-oriented technology development zone situated within the Yalova Machinery Specialised Organised Industrial Zone (OSB), on the southern coast of the Marmara Sea.
With capacity to host 83 companies, the park works in close collaboration with Yalova University, with industry-university integration at the centre of its operating model. Resident companies span nine technology domains: software, industrial software, advanced materials, energy technologies, advanced electronics, health sciences technologies, maritime technologies, aerospace and space technologies, and defence industry technologies.
On-site facilities include an Incubation Center, MakerLab and FabLab workshops, a Technology Transfer Office (TTO), and YÜMERLAB — a central research laboratory operated in partnership with Yalova University. The park also runs venture funding programmes and provides high-speed internet infrastructure, alongside restaurant, gym, and recreational amenities. Sea transportation access connects the campus to the wider region.
The park has hosted TEKNOFEST drone championship events and maintains active collaborations with universities including Hitit University. Applications are managed through an integrated R&D portal covering entrepreneur onboarding, referee processes, HR, and consultancy in a single system.
