This programme strengthens innovation ecosystems in Latin America by building the capacity of Business Support Organisations (BSOs) in Chile, Colombia and Panama to support innovation and entrepreneurship in Earth Observation and climate-related services.
The project delivers a structured capacity-building programme including training, technical assistance, mentoring, and peer-learning activities. It supports BSOs in upgrading their service portfolios, strengthening organisational and governance frameworks, and improving their ability to assist startups and SMEs developing Earth Observation and climate solutions.
EBN provides its methodology for assessing and improving BSO capabilities, applying its experience in innovation support organisation quality standards to the specific context of Earth Observation and green transition in Latin America. The project is funded by Expertise France and led by TVT.
