This project started on Sep 30, 2012 to end on Sep 30, 2014.
Aim: To encourage experienced senior employees in European companies to take on the challenge of transferring knowledge to younger colleagues, or to business start-ups.
The project will train and improve the HR management and mentoring skills of the senior employees with the help of e-courses and training programs.
It will also create a database for potential mentors and those who seek help and guidance to make contact with each other.
The project will impart knowledge to the younger colleagues or start-ups, while also ensuring senior employees continue to make a valuable contribution toward the end of their career.
