Meet the nominees of the EU|BIC Excellence Award 2025: Green Transition

Back to all posts

With 14 impressive applications submitted, narrowing it down to just 5 nominees was no easy task. Each programme brought forward bold ideas and powerful initiatives – a clear sign of the vibrant innovation ecosystem driving Europe’s green transition. Today, we’re proud to unveil the top 5 innovation and entrepreneurship support programmes leading the charge in a green transition!

Following the high standards set last year, the level of competition in 2025 was once again exceptional. Unfortunately, only five EU|BIC community members will take the stage at the 2025 EBN Congress in Barakaldo to pitch their programme – you, the audience, will choose the winner. Here are your nominees!

From today to June 18th, we will publish a post going more in-depth into each of these programmes individually. Stay tuned.
