On Thursday, 13 November, a gala evening took place at Bois du Cazier (Wallonia, Belgium) at which ten Walloon projects have been rewarded for their creativity under the “Wallonia European Creative District” project.
Driven by the idea that creativity can add considerable added value to many corporate projects, the pilot “Creativity vouchers” initiative — conducted under the European-Walloon project called “Wallonia, European Creative District” — was launched in June 2014. The aim of
the vouchers, each worth €6000, is to encourage Walloon duos composed of an enterprise looking for more creativity and a creative or an enterprise from the creative industries sector.
Five duos were rewarded in this first call
The five projects selected to receive this first batch of “Creativity Vouchers” have been revealed this 13 November. They were each chosen for their ability to propose a project in which creativity truly added value to the promotion of an existing product, prototype development, or process optimization.
