From 10:00 to 11:00
About the webinar:
This 60 – minute webinar session is for European SMEs and start-ups who seek concrete tips and tricks on how they can ensure their company’s investment readiness. When looking at investment readiness, the last thing an entrepreneur wants to think about is how their start-up/project will end. Yet, one of the first things a potential investor (equity) asks about is the company’s exit strategy. The answer the entrepreneur will give can make or break their ability to get an investment. Thus, our expert will delve specifically into the key following elements:
- What are the different types of entry conditions and how do these impacts exit strategies?
- What types of exit strategies appeal to investors? (e.g. M&A by another company; IPO; Equity firm etc)
- When do such exit rules enter onto place?
- What is the best exit strategy to protect the value created and maximise financial return for founders?
