Host EBN Techcamp 2027

From 12 October 2026, certified and associate EU|BICs can apply to co-host the event in October or November 2027.

Techcamp takes one technology or sector and goes deep: trends, case studies, site visits and peer exchange. The event brings together around 100 participants from across the EU|BIC community, representing a broad mix of roles and expertise. As many attendees work across multiple areas rather than in highly specialised positions, the programme should combine expert-level insights with content that remains engaging and useful for the wider audience.

The co-host works closely with EBN to shape the event, from its theme and content to speakers, companies and ecosystem visits. EBN supports the overall coordination and delivery of the event. Further details are provided in the annexes below.

Your proposal is three to four pages using the Annex 1 form. It needs no full programme. Send it to laura.lecci@ebn.eu and events@ebn.eu by 12 November 2026. The EBN Board announces the co-host on 25 November.
