Canada's Public Policy Forum and its ERA-Can+ partners are organising Marshalling Incubators to Build Global Companies : How to Meet the Technology Needs of the World’s Researchers, a roundtable and working visits, on May 9-11, 2016, in Galway and Dublin, Ireland.
The roundtable will convene 14 to 18 key innovation players, including incubator executives, top researchers as well as venture capital investors, to explore new ways to link the technology needs of leading researchers with young entrepreneurs.
Joe Greaney , CEO of WestBIC and Darren Gilmour, Vice President, Canada’s Public Policy Forum will open the Round table on Day 1. Philippe Vanrie , CEO of EBN will debate on : European innovation ecosystems for business creation and growth: lessons learned from the EU-BICs Network while Paulo Santos, Executive Director of IPN will participate in a session entitled Incubators: from transaction to relationship .
