URGENT! Call for graphic designer for the upcoming SI LIVE event, the European conference on Social Innovation
SUBJECT: SI Live conference graphic identity and communication materials -Technical requirements
Introduction TRANSITION project together with BENISI, SI Drive and TEPSIE projects, is organizing an European conference on Social Innovation: SI Live - Supporting social innovation through research, incubation and action which will take place the 12th – 13th November 2014 in Lisbon.
The event will attract more than 150 social innovation stakeholders from both the research and incubation worlds. The event will result in a set of recommendations to European policy makers on how social innovation should fit in different policies, improving their results and impact.
In this framework, the 4 projects decided to have a common graphic identity for this event, so to make it clearly recognizable: SI Live will use different dissemination channels, including a website and some promotional materials (leaflet, newsletters, info graphics, videos, e-mag) characterized by a clear graphic identity and a unique and original logo.
SI Live partners internally developed the project website, that has been kept as simple as possible and with no particular graphic connotation so to do not influence the main project graphic identity.
Partners are looking for a provider who can develop:
Event Graphic Identity ; Event Programme template (booklet) and printing of 200 copies; Badge Cards Template and Venue Signals Template Delegate Bags Design and printing of 200 delegate bags. Event PPT template; Event roll-up
For the development and the implementation of project graphic design, roll-up, templates, etc., the partnership has a maximum budget of 4000€. This budget includes printing costs too.
Due to the tight deadlines, we are looking for providers which are able to deliver most of the work in 2 week time.
