Drawing from the lessons and the best practices in business support delivery from across more than 35 countries worldwide, the EU|BIC Essentials Training Programme provides in five sessions a comprehensive guide to sourcing good HR capital and companies for Business Innovation Centres and their innovation ecosystems, to manage incubation and acceleration spaces for impact, as well as assuring solid financial models and better structuring organisational impact for thriving EU|BICs. The training prallows participantso interact with experts and trainers with extensive hands-on experience in innovation, people, spaces, sustainability and organizational management. 

The two-module course will enable you to develop a detailed understanding of all aspects of IP and its relationship with business and innovation. The training is designed so that you will develop sound practical skills you can apply to a startup and SME business environment.

In four modules of 2.5 hours each, the EU|BIC Internationalisation Training Programme provides business support actors with the latest know-how and best practices on how to support SMEs and start-ups to scale up and expand to foreign markets.  

The EU|BIC Essentials Training Programme provides in 4 modules a comprehensive guide to all segments of the incubation chain and explores the latest trends in ecosystem building and innovation support. The training provides participants the opportunity to interact with trainers with extensive hands-on experience in incubation management and to put knowledge into practice.  

In three modules the expert trainers leverage their extensive hands-on experience in project collaboration to provide participants with access to practical tools, pools of expert practitioners, connection to EU stakeholders, and valuable insights into the novel EU funding instrument Horizon Europe.

This track provides business support actors with the latest know-how and resources on how to navigate SMEs seeking to scale and expand to foreign markets.

Investment readiness experts from EU|BICs Westbic and Upperion, and EBN exchange with the participants in a practice-oriented way allowing dynamic interactions with the trainers specialised.
